Vantage Technologies’ Founder, Jack Van Ert has worked in the molded-plastics field for more than three-and-a-half decades. After leaving Lear Corp., where he was Director of Advanced Process Development for Worldwide Operations, Van Ert founded Vantage Technologies in 1999 to commercialize the Differential Pressure Molding process he invented while at Lear. Since then, Van Ert has worked to refine DPM in order to develop a more efficient and versatile methods of producing molded plastic parts – quickly and cost-effectively.
Vantage Technologies' President, Randy Stelpflug is a commercial and business-development professional with global manufacturing, quality, and project coordination experience. He has spent his whole career working in automotive interiors, the last 27 years at The Woodbridge Group where his most recent position was Senior Commercial Manager with $40-million US responsibility. Stelpflug brings a proven track record in product and program management to his role at Vantage Technologies. He is acknowledged as a strong leader with excellent problem-solving and communications skills.
